A big welcome to our home in Sunny Spain
This site is for family and friends and anyone who would like to rent our Spanish home for their holiday. Here is all the information you should need to book yourself a fabulous holiday, whether it be for a five day break or for two glorious weeks. And as you are family or friends, the prices have been set to the minimum, just enough to cover our costs for water, electricity, cleaning etc. All you need then is your flight money and a bit to spend.

The House:
Only three years old, our Spanish home is a modern place to have a holiday. There is a large lounge and dining room, fully fitted kitchen, utility area, a double and two twin bedrooms, four piece bathroom and further shower room. There are three balconies including a large top floor private solarium. Across from the property is a communal swimming pool with a further toddlers pool.
There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the town of Balsicas or if you want to go further afield, the beaches of the Mar Menor are a ten minute drive or the Med in 15 minutes. 10 minutes in the opposite direction will take you into the mountains with spectacular views over the Murcian landscape.
Balsicas boasts some of the best golf courses in Spain with La Torre Golf on its doorstep and others scattered around the area. For a shopping experience, you can visit Dos Mares locally or take a trip to Murcia city or the ancient Roman town of Cartegena.

The Accommodation:
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobes, drawer unit and bedside units. There are south facing patio doors.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, wardrobes, bedside unit and patio door leading to a balcony with table and chairs, perfect for that afternoon sangria
Bedroom 3 has two single beds, wardrobe and bedside unit. This is situated on the ground floor so is ideal for folk who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Bathrooms:
The first floor family bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and bidet decorated to a high standard in marble and has a large maple vanity unit.
Downstairs, there is a further shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need! Cooker, oven, grill,
coffee maker, juicer, toaster, dishwasher, pots and pans, fridge and
freezer, kettle and tea pot, iron and ironing board
Utility Area:
In the utility area, there is a washing machine, butler sink and cleaning utensils. Also a clothes line.
Living Rooms:
The living room is large and sunny with half patio windows and consists of a
large corner leather sofa, display unit, sideboard with TV, DVD player
and radio, dining area with an extending table and chairs, air condition
unit and fan lights.

Other: There are 3 separate balconies. One on the ground floor with table, chairs and parasol. Bedroom 2 has a private balcony with table and two chairs and on the top floor is a large high walled solarium with sun beds and a 3m parasol for all day sunshine.

Cleaning/towels/linen: All towels and linen are included.
Accessibility Although there are two steps into the property, bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor so is ideal for holiday makers who have difficulty climbing stairs. There are no stairs leading to the swimming pool. All pavements around the property are wheelchair friendly.
Outside:
There is a small garden to the front of the property bordering the patio
area/balcony. All balconies are fully furnished. There is a gated
private swimming pool for residents and guests.

Coast/Beach:
The wonderful beaches of the Mar Menor are less than a 10 minute drive
away. Here you will find family beaches and all manner of water sports.
If surfing is for you, the med is only 20 minutes away.

Golf:
La Torre golf and other famous courses surround the town. La Manga Golf is a 25 minute drive away.
Travel:
Murcia (San Javier) airport is a 15 minute drive. If you do not want to
hire a car, we can arrange for you to be met at the airport or you can
jump in a taxi.
Alicante is about an hour drive.
Booking notes:
A 25% deposit will secure your booking with the balance payable one
months before your booking date.
