A beautiful holiday townhouse retreat on the Costa Calida.
Whilst close to the glorious beaches and warm waters of the Mar Menor (ten minute bus ride) and several world class golf courses, our house is situated in the Spanish town of Balsicas.
Balsicas has it's own rail station where you can take a trip to the ancient town of Cartegena one way or Murcia and beyond the other way.
All modern conveniences are provided for a peaceful and memorable holiday.

bed, fitted wardrobes offering plenty of storage space, drawer unit and individual bedside units. Patio doors
open to the front of the house with views over farmland and
distant mountain ranges.
The twin bedroom has double fitted wardrobes with an interior drawer unit, bedside unit and patio doors leading to it's own private furnished patio area.
The
third bedroom situated on the ground floor has twin beds and wardrobe with drawers and bedside unit and is
ideal for holidaymakers who may have difficulty climbing stairs.
All three bedrooms have ceiling fans fitted for your comfort and are decorated in in the 'Classic' Spanish style.

The large air conditioned lounge has seating for six people, a spacious 'moden Spanish style' dining area and patio doors. The front door leads onto a sunny fully furnished patio area.
For your added enjoyment, the lounge has a TV, radio and CD/DVD player with a variety of discs and films available.

The large galley style kitchen has all the equipment you need to enjoy your stay. These include a four ringed hob, oven, dish washer, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, teapot, coffee maker and juicer. Add to these enough place settings for six and all the pots, pans, glasses, dishes and cutlery that even the most ambitious cook will be happy with.
And thats not all; through the door to the left is the utility area with washing machine, a butler sink and an open air drying space.

3rd floor solarium ground floor patio The house has 3 fully furnished sunbathing areas. The front patio benefits from a southerly aspect to enjoy the warmth of the winter sun. Bedroom two has it's own private patio area. But for those sun-lovers wishing for full privacy for that all over tan, the 3rd floor is dedicated to a fully furnished high walled solarium with all day sunshine.
Almost opposite the house is the gated swimming pool. Fully enclosed and boasting a large main pool, toddlers pool, grassed sun bathing areas and shower, it's just the place to cool off and relax.
